      • b) Exchange: If there was an error in the pattern, we will provide you with a corrected version of the pattern.
  4. Access to Downloads:
    • If the pattern has been downloaded or accessed and there is an error in it, you are still eligible for a return.
    • However, once the return is processed, you will no longer have access to download the digital item from our platform.
    • We kindly request that you remove any downloaded copies or related files from your devices.
  5. Return for Change of Mind:
    • If you have changed your mind and the pattern has not been downloaded or accessed, you are eligible for a return without any questions asked.
    • Once the return is processed, you will no longer have access to download the digital item from our platform.
